Dodson Development is an affiliate of Dodson Companies, which manages more than 5,500 residential units (single- and multi-family homes), has an active and growing HOA division of 14,000 homes, and manages and maintains 2.3 million square feet of commercial space. The company is active across Virginia, Florida, and is expanding throughout the Southeast.
