Dodson Development Group acquired Atrium on Broad in February 2021. The property is in downtown Richmond’s Art’s district, just blocks from the Central Business District. Atrium on Broad consists of 42 apartments and one commercial space totaling 42,308 SF. From February 2021 to September 2021, DDG performed common space renovations and built a new gym and additional amenities for tenants in the basement.
