During Phase II of our Colonial Beach project, we converted three existing offices and retail space downtown. The space will be partially utilized for CoBe Workspaces. Retail space on the ground floor helps recreate that small-town charm in Downtown Colonial Beach. We designed CoBe Workspaces around the the vault of the historic former Bank of Westmoreland, and converted that space into a private conference room.
