Known to Richmonders as "The Red Cross Building," this 23,000 sq.ft. Arts District property had been vacant/blighted for a few years when Dodson teamed up with the folks at UrbanCore to bring it back to life in 2014. It is now home to Dodson Property Management, UrbanCore Construction and Overcoast.
