Dodson teamed up with UrbanCore, Charles Bice and Birck Turnbull to acquire 3 buildings on the 2900 block of West Broad Street in Scott's Addition. These buildings formerly housed the old bingo parlor, Joy Garden restaurant and some blighted office space. The development group turned over 45,000 sq.ft. into the new homes of Gather, Three Notch'd Brewery, Richmond Wine Station, Perch and Bingo Brewery/Arcade!
