During Phase II of our Colonial Beach project, we converted three existing offices and retail space downtown. Circa1892, named for the year the town of Colonial Beach was incorporated, is located on a key town thoroughfare, HawthornStreet. The wine bar is “sandwiched” between newly restored CoBe Workspaces and Hawthorn Mercantile, a local retail shop. It’s all part of ColonialBeach’s vision for a revitalized, walkable downtown—a place to eat, stay, work, and play.
