Dodson Development Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Atrium on Broad located at 115 E. Broad Street in Richmond's Arts District. The $4.825M deal is comprised of a 42-unit multi-family building with approximately 3,100 sq.ft. of commercial space. The acquisition also includes a 2-unit duplex and a surface lot for 29 parking spaces. The building will undergo renovations to upgrade the residential lobby and convert the basement space into a gym, lounge area, and business center for tenants. Renovations are scheduled for completion in the first half of 2021.
