Dodson Development Group recently acquired a 12 unit multifamily complex in The Fan located at 19-21 North Stafford Avenue for $1.6 million. The apartment renovations will include exterior improvements, plumbing and electrical upgrades, new flooring, cabinetry, appliances, and finishes for the 12 interior units. The renovation is expected to take place this year.
